Earth Asset Partnership, LP was founded in 2005 by Ms. Shawn M. Smith as a boutique real estate advisory firm. Several years later, when some of her consulting clients were ready to sell their real estate assets, she started a brokerage firm to better serve their needs. Today, both counseling and brokerage services are seamlessly merged under one company, and one company philosophy: Earth Asset Partnership, a trend-setting firm committed to elevating the brokerage industry to a higher standard of performance. Earth Asset is headquartered in the scenic hills of Vermont (USA), but travels nationally and internationally to work with its clients.
Earth Asset is honored to be entrusted with representing Vermont’s foremost legacy properties: Smokeshire Valley Preserve, and Teal Farm Center - arguably one of the most ecologically significant properties in the country – maybe even the world. As one prospective buyer called it, Teal Farm is the Camp David of the sustainability movement.
